Matt Hoose improved on his last Thompson visit by keeping all 4 wheels firmly planted on the pavement and taking the win in the Crooked Still Legends Series! Hoose started 2nd but grabbed the lead on lap 1 and never looked back, leading all 60 circuits. Pole sitter Chris Halliday finished 6th yet turned in the fastest lap of the race with a 23.057. Keith Haney finished 2nd followed by Huston Hamer, Lowell Jewell, and Susan Rarick. Top 3 in the point standings are Hoose, Hamer, and Jewell. The series visits Stafford Motor Speedway next week.
