Leinen Takes Two

Mitch Leinen has once again swept the night at BRL!

The OnPitRoad.com Crooked Still Legends Series kicked off the night at Daytona. Daytona? Yes. The “short road course” configuration. And did it ever seem long… Leinen started on pole and led all of the 30 laps while the rest of us went sight seeing in different areas of the speedway! Christopher Hensley and Dylan Roe finished 2nd and 3rd. The Championship point standings have tightened up this week; Lowell Jewell still holds the top spot but is now tied with Brian Young. Two points back in 3rd is Leinen. Next week the series visits Bristol Motor Speedway, where it’s harder to get lost….
