Outlaw Modified Series 2015 S4 R2

Ryan Edwards-Kiss grabs the win in the Outlaw Modified Series race at Stafford Motor Speedway! Rounding out the top 5 was Matt Hoose, Ron Henrie, Chris Hensley, and Phillip Temples. Race 3 will be at Concord Speedway on October 17.
